Membership Agreement

This agreement is between you and SportsIQ LLC ("SportsIQ", "we"), who operates Flag U. It covers what your membership includes, what it costs, how billing and cancellation work, and the rules for using the app. By creating an account or starting a membership, you accept it.

Who can join

You must be at least 13 to hold your own Flag U account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must set up and consent to the account, as described in our Privacy Policy, and the agreement is with them.

If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to this agreement. A parent or guardian who pays for a membership is responsible for the charges on that account.

What the membership includes

• Access to Flag U lessons, drills, and mini-games
• A daily training session built around your goals, position, and progress
• XP, streaks, badges, and leaderboards
• Team features, where your coach or team uses Flag U

Flag U is a training product that we improve continuously. Features may be added, changed, or removed. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid membership includes, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the term you have already paid for.

Free trial

New memberships start with a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method when the trial begins, and you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the membership converts to a paid subscription automatically and the first charge is taken at that point. One trial per person.

Price and automatic renewal

Membership is $14.95 per month, or $149.95 per year. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.

Your membership renews automatically. At the end of each billing period it renews for another period of the same length, at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the price changes, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from Settings, under Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial period except where the law requires it or where this agreement says otherwise.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the membership, including renewals. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. Keeping your payment details current is your responsibility.

Refunds

Except where the law gives you a refund right, or where this agreement states otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look at it in good faith.

Training safely

Flag U provides fitness and sports training content. It is not medical advice. Physical training carries risk of injury. Before starting, you (or the parent or guardian of a minor) should confirm with a doctor that the athlete is fit to take part, particularly where there is an existing injury or health condition.

• Warm up, use good technique, and stop if something hurts
• Train in a safe space with room to move and appropriate footwear
• Minors should be supervised by a responsible adult while training
• You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety

Rules of use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or let someone else use your membership
• Copy, record, redistribute, or resell Flag U lessons, drills, or video
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that you have no right to share
• Upload video or photos of another person, especially a minor, without that person's and their guardian's permission
• Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the service or other users' accounts
• Use Flag U to build a competing product

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or that puts other users, particularly children, at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, display, and process it so we can run the service, including sending it to the processors named in our Privacy Policy for transcription, coaching, or review features. If your coach or team uses Flag U, content you post to a team is visible to that team.

Our content

Flag U lessons, drills, games, artwork, and software belong to SportsIQ or our licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active. It does not transfer ownership.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Flag U and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your membership if you break this agreement, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current term.

Disclaimers and limits

Flag U is provided as is. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise particular athletic results. To the extent the law allows, SportsIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. If a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect and, where the law requires, ask you to accept it. Continuing to use a paid membership after the change takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
